Thank you for your interest in becoming a Battle of Adwa vendor.  As this is a strictly youth marketplace, we will not be accepting adult vendors.  
We look forward to helping you promote your business or service. Please complete the requested information below and submit form for consideration.

Set Up:        Displays are limited to a 6ft space.  Set up time is from 10:00 a.m. to 12 noon on March 11, 2011. All Vendors are responsible for bringing all necessary items for your business or service (limited tables and chairs will be available on a first come first serve basis). Break down will be at 7:00 pm.  Please let us know if you have any special needs prior to event (electricity, etc).

Food Vendor Fee:                                                    CLOSED! Food vendor spaces have been filled for this year.
Specialty Food Fee:                                                 $40.00  (example desserts, popcorn etc.)  limited space...please contact for availablity!
Arts & Craft or Service Vendor Fee:                   $20.00  (may be shared)

NO Water or Drinks TO BE SOLD!

Please submit  VENDOR FEES IN ADVANCE!  The application deadline is March 9, 2012.  Craft vendors may pay below or on site, specialty and food vendors must submit application and will receive payment options upon approval.
